How often should I clean my office/workplace?

Every office is different – size, number of people working, how busy you are. You may need your workplace cleaned every day or you may only need it cleaned twice a week. We can discuss your needs and tailor a cleaning schedule that will suit your business.

How experienced are the cleaners?

All of our cleaners are experienced and have met our induction training requirements. They are also trained in OH&S.

What are your hourly rates?

Every job is different and the cost varies with your specific requirements. We will provide you with a free written quote.

We might be closed for business for a period of time during the year. Will we still be charged if we do not require cleaners?

A majority of our customers close throughout the year. We can take these closures into account when we provide you with a quote.

Do you offer specialised cleaning?

Yes, our specialised services include carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, graffiti removal and chewing gum removal. We suggest performing these specialised cleaning tasks during your annual close down for minimal disruption to your staff and clients.

Are you covered by insurance?

We are covered by Public Liability and Worker’s Compensation. We can provide you with an up-to-date Certificate of Currency on request.
